Wedding Timeline Example + Template Digital Download

Creating a wedding timeline was one of the most daunting parts of wedding planning! I didn’t have the budget to hire a wedding planner, so I buckled down and spent hours on creating this wedding timeline and master info document. Once I finished it, I printed it out and put it in a binder to give my mom’s friend who kindly coordinated our wedding! She didn’t even look at it until the rehearsal day and really - she didn’t need to - everything was right there for her to follow along!

We had a few extras to have around so we could all keep an eye on the timeline to help the day move smoothly and in case our bridal party needed to step in at all to help!

Every wedding has its inevitable bumps on the day of, but I can proudly say that the timeline wasn’t one of them.
